Integrated Multi-Channel Millimeter Wave Photonic Generation Based on A Silicon Chip with Automated Polarization Control

We propose and experimentally demonstrate multi-channel millimeter wave (MMW) generation on a silicon chip. Automated polarization-control function is demonstrated, and 5 channels of 28-GHz MMW carrying 2-Gb/s on-off-keying signals are generated.
