张永研究员团队项目“亚波长光电子异质集成芯片关键技术与应用”荣获技术发明奖二等奖
项目围绕亚波长尺度的片上光场调控与复用的物理机理,聚焦于20纳米加工精度的核心制备工艺开发,攻克了亚波长光栅和拓扑光子晶体等高精度结构制备的技术难题,突破集成器件在尺寸、功耗和带宽方面的极限,研制出多种类国际领先的亚波长光子集成芯片,建设了多材料异质集成的芯片加工平台,满足了前沿研究对高精度、快速迭代的光芯片加工需求,推动了光子集成芯片的产业应用和创新研究的成果转化。
张永老师 荣获上海交通大学第十届青教赛 二等奖
本次校青教赛分为人文科学、社会科学、思想政治理论课专项、自然科学基础学科和医学学科、自然科学应用学科五个组别。在自然科学应用学科(含工学、农学)组中,来自10个院系的19名教师同台竞技。竞赛着重从 “教学设计”、“课堂教学” 与 “教学反思” 三大板块考察教师的教学综合能力。

1月28日,第三届“上海科技青年35人引领计划”颁奖典礼举行,35位获奖者以及15位提名奖获得者名单在现场正式揭晓。 张永老师获评 主题:面向国家重大需求 获评理由:候选人致力于自主研制小尺寸低能耗大容量的光电子集成芯片,为新一代相干光通信、光学相控阵提供核心元器件支持。
